Easter a minimum of 4 day booking, Christmas a minimum of one week booking.

Large Cottages and
Waterfront Cottages
(max 5 Adults)
All have 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 sets of bunks / 4 singles). Waterfront Deluxe has 2 queens + 2 singles (bunks).
Small Cottages (max 4 Adults)
All have 1 bedroom (1 queen and 1 double divan in lounge).
Waterfront House
Bedroom 1 one double, bedroom 2 - 1 queen + 1 single, bedroom 3 - 1 queen + 2 bunks, double divan in lounge area.
Booking Deposit
40% deposit on booking and balance on arrival.
Tariffs are NOT refundable if your stay is cut short.
Cancellation Policy
Two weeks notification of cancellation, and an administration fee of 10% of booking will be charged.
